Crooked Hillary Clinton also played these cards very hard and, as everyone knows, went down in flames.I went from VERY successful businessman, to top T.V. Star to President of the United States (on my first try).

Michael Wolff's book about the inner workings of the Trump White House has angered the President himself, who tweeted that it's "full of lies, misrepresentations and sources that don't exist". What Bannon said in the book and Trump's response undoubtedly will help to sell the book, written by Michael Wolff.

Despite President Trump's efforts to stop publication, the explosive, new tell-all book about Trump's first year in office hit bookshelves Friday.

Others have said that the book, while filled with new and lurid details, corroborates previous reporting about the Trump White House.

Sanders suggested that Bannon's employer, Breitbart News, should consider firing him.

He later took another shot at Wolff, calling him a "total loser" who "made up stories in order to sell this really boring and untruthful book".

Is he? Who knows? "I'm here to serve his presidency".

What Trump's tweets this morning prove beyond a shadow of a doubt is that the idea that he is some political savant executing a three-dimensional chess strategy that only he can see is simply wrong.

Among those quoted in the book is Sam Nunberg, an aide who reportedly called Trump an "idiot". "I spoke to him after the inauguration, yes".

Why fight it then? Mr. Trump axed Mr. Flynn later that day. "His daughter Ivanka and son-in-law Jared would be international celebrities". Democrats dismissed the apparent re-opening of the case as politically-motivated.

It includes bombshell revelations like President Trump didn't want to win the presidency. And for National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster, he was a "dope". Is the chaos in the Trump administration or is it in the media itself? "Why would you instruct your lawyers to do something like that?"

The publisher has brought forward release of the book, sending it to shops all over the world yesterday, instead of next Tuesday as planned.

"He and Melania spent relatively little time together ..." That each statement, each policy decision, each tweet is somehow in support of a broader agenda.

The book also questions the mental health of the president, hinting at possible alzheimers.

Inside The Trump White House was released four days ahead of schedule amid strong demand, thought it will only ship in two to four weeks, according to Amazon.

President Trump was active on Twitter early Saturday. Deliveries are distributed equally between stores, he said, but he expected the copies they received to go fast.

Bannon's reaction to the controversy has been muted.
