Ronaldo reveals departure date from Real Madrid

The Portuguese international is believed to be angered by the new offer from Madrid.

According to a report by Spanish TV show El Chiringuito de Jugones, the 32-year-old footie has told Real Madrid president Florentino Perez that he wants to bid adieu to the club next summer.

Ronaldo is angry with Madrid's new proposal and is reportedly ready to leave for a cut-price fee which would be reasonable for Madrid.

Aguirre insists Ronaldo is a 'Madridista', and loves the fans, but has his heart set on a move away after falling out with the club's hierarchy.

Although there are many top players in contention for France Football's Ballon d'Or prize, Messi and Ronaldo are once again expected to go head to head for the prestigious prize.

'I'm very happy with the contract I have'.

Ronaldo's club-mate Luka Modric also claimed a career-best third place, reward for his masterful performances in the Madrid midfield as Zinedine Zidane's men won both the European Cup and La Liga in the same campaign for the first time since 1958.

Ronaldo, who celebrated the birth of his fourth child earlier this week, has endured a tough start to the season, particularly in La Liga, scoring just once.
