On the imaging side of things, users can expect a dual camera arrangement on the back of the Moto X4 that makes quite an impression for a midranger. One possibility is the Moto X4. It's unknown whether all of these features will come to the Moto X4 but it's likely several of these will. The Moto X4 will also be IP68 dust and water resistant, offering additional protection for those with butter fingers.
Motorola has sent out media invites for the event to be held on 24.08.17 at 10:00, but it did not states which smartphone they are going to launch.
As Android Authority reports, the leaked renders confirm several of the Motorola handset's specs including the 5.2-inch full HD (1080p) display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 SoC and the availability of two different memory/storage configurations.
The handset is also expected to include a dual rear camera setup comprising of a 12MP main sensor with f/2.0 aperture and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor with f/2.2 aperture. No word yet on pricing or when it'll be announced, so we'll have to wait to see if the X4 can find its niche. This camera is capable of shooting 4k video at 30 frames per second or Full HD video at 60 frames per second.
The Moto X4 recently starred in a couple of hands-on shots, and now it's time for the phone to be the star of a brand new press render. The leaked photos of the Moto X4 shows the device in black with a glossy finish and we even got to see one of the accessories included in the retail box being a pair of Moto earphones.
The entire package will be powered by a 3,000mAh non-removable battery that also comes with Motorola's TurboCharging feature, which Motorola says will offers hours of power off just minutes of charge.
So what does the Moto X4 bring to the (crowded) table?
